One address, and a person at the end of it
No ticketing system, no automated first response, no hold music. It is the right place for anything about the panel, the routine, the sixty day window, or a sentence on this site that looks wrong.
If it is about an order, read this first
Payment, dispatch, tracking and refunds all sit with the official checkout that processed the order, not with this address. What to put in the message
- The question itself, in the first line. Front-loading it beats three paragraphs of context.

Questions of the shape should I take this given my condition, will this interact with my prescription or what is causing this rash receive a straight answer that they belong with a doctor or pharmacist, because any other reply would be a stranger on the internet guessing about your health. That is not a brush-off. It is the only responsible answer available.
Two things go to a doctor rather than to any inbox: a mole or sore that has changed or has not healed, and any reaction involving breathing difficulty, swelling or a spreading rash. The second is urgent care, not email.
Corrections are genuinely welcome
There are a great many precise claims across these pages: intake figures, ceilings, mechanisms, regulatory findings. Precise claims can be mistaken and guidance moves. Name the page, quote the sentence, add a source if you have one, and it will be verified and amended rather than argued over. Messages from clinicians, pharmacists and dietitians go to the top of the pile.
