What is realistic at week one, week four and week twelve — including the outcome where nothing happens.

Why the clock cannot be moved

Your epidermis replaces its outer layer across roughly four to six weeks. A nutrient swallowed this morning is available to cells being assembled this morning, and those cells will not surface until that cycle completes. No supplement moves that number, and neither does any cream.

Which means a page advertising a visible change inside a week has stopped describing skin and started describing marketing. There is no version of this question where the answer is fast.

The realistic schedule

The three-week wall

Week three is where most people abandon a supplement, and it is the least rational moment available to do it. Nothing is supposed to have happened. Stopping at week twelve after a fair trial tells you something real. Stopping at week three tells you nothing at all and costs you the trial you already paid for.

Measuring it rather than guessing

Take photographs before the first serving. Same window, same hour, no filter, no makeup. Repeat at four, eight and twelve weeks.
Write one sentence a week. How your skin felt an hour after washing is more informative than how it looked in a mirror.
Change one thing at a time. Begin a cleanser, a retinol and a supplement inside the same two weeks and no conclusion you reach afterwards means anything.
Note the date you were charged. In ten weeks you will not remember, and the refund window runs from that date rather than from delivery.

What moves the result besides the gummy

Sun exposure, sleep, how hard you strip your face at the sink, the humidity of the room you sleep in, hormones, medication, age and what is on your plate all act on skin at the same time. How fast does Gelagen work?

Nails first, usually weeks two to three. One complete round of skin replacement has to finish first, which puts the earliest visible change at about a month and the fair judgement at three.

Why do nails change before skin?

Fresh nail arrives as a boundary near the cuticle that you can put a finger on. Skin replaces itself invisibly, everywhere, at once.

What if nothing happens at all?

That is a real outcome for a share of people and this site will not pretend otherwise. It is precisely what the sixty day window exists for.

Does age change the schedule?

It does. Turnover runs nearer four weeks in your twenties and nearer six or beyond later on, so an older reader should expect everything to stretch.

Should I take photographs?

Yes, in the same light at the same time of day. Memory is a poor instrument for gradual change in either direction.

Sixty Days, And An Opened Bottle Still Counts

The clock starts when your card is charged, not when the parcel lands, and it runs for sixty days. A bottle you have been eating from every morning is still inside the policy.
