What happens after you pay

Those are typical figures rather than promises. Holidays, weather and carrier backlogs all move them, and the checkout supplies the current estimate for your address at the moment you order.
If something goes wrong
The parcel is late
Tracking often sits still for a day or two mid-route with nothing actually wrong. Beyond that, contact the seller’s support with your order number. It is also not unknown for a courier to scan something as delivered before it physically arrives, so ask next door and look wherever parcels get left before assuming it is lost.
The bottles arrived fused or damaged
Photograph the bottle and the packaging before opening anything further, then contact support. A pectin gummy that has been through a hot warehouse can fuse into a single block; that is a delivery problem rather than a product fault, and it is the seller’s to resolve.
The order is wrong
Do not post it back before speaking to support. An unannounced return is far harder to trace to your order. Contact them first and follow whatever instructions they give you.
Returns, in short
Sixty days from the charge, opened bottles accepted, buyer pays return postage, and the refund covers what you paid for the product. Send it by a method that generates a tracking number, and hold on to the proof of postage. The step-by-step process is on the refunds page.
What this site can and cannot do
This website takes no payments, holds no addresses, ships no parcels and processes no refunds. Every one of those functions belongs to whichever checkout processed your payment, and quoting your order number straight to them beats routing the same question through this address. What this site can do is describe the process, which is what this page is.
Delivery Questions
How long does delivery take?
Reckon on a day or two before it leaves the warehouse and another week or so on the road inside the United States. Your own address gets a current estimate at the checkout itself.
Is shipping free?
Domestic postage is included once the order reaches three bottles. Order only two and a postage charge appears at the checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Whether it can be sent beyond the United States, and for how much, is something only the seller can answer at the point of payment. This site ships nothing.
Where is my tracking number?
In the dispatch email from the seller. Check spam before assuming it never arrived.
My parcel is late. What now?
Allow the tracking a working day or two to catch up before doing anything, then take your order number to the seller's support desk.
Can I change my address after ordering?
The seller can do it, and only while the parcel is still in the building. Contact them immediately.
